I've spent the first half of my life clamoring for all the things. However, the second-half of life has ushered in new thoughts and ideas that challenge my status quo. No longer am I obsessed with chasing the American dream, achievements, and financial success. I want something different. Something meaningful. Something worthwhile.
In this new place, I am evaluating how to live out what's really important to me. I've often heard that "finishing well" requires some intentionality and purpose. I must agree. It is also hard work that requires grace and humility.
I'm not 100% sure where this new journey will lead me, but I am sure that my values of integrity, courage, faith, and making a difference will guide me. I encourage you to come along beside me. Let's hold hands, ask hard questions, and inspire one another to "finish well."
